Learners who sign up with a code, or with its join link, are grouped together. A code given to an educator shows its learners in that educator's Student reports.

Educators register from the link on the training's sign-up form. Approve one by giving them a class code. Learners who join with that code appear in that educator's Student reports, and in nobody else's.
